Our Approach

Individual therapy at Soulstice Miami is built around the belief that lasting change happens within a safe, attuned relationship. Each session is tailored to your unique experience and moves at a pace that feels right for you.
We work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. Many of our clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional disconnection, often carrying a quiet belief that they need to ‘do more’ or ‘be better’ to finally feel okay.
These patterns often began as ways to stay safe, loved, and accepted, usually long before you had words for what was happening. But over time, they can quietly lead to exhaustion, self-criticism, and an anxiety or heaviness that doesn't always make sense on the surface.
Through EMDR and trauma-informed, somatic, and relational therapy, we work to gently uncover the roots of these patterns, not just understand them intellectually, but release them at the level where they were first learned. So that healing feels embodied, and you can begin to move through life with more ease, clarity, and connection.
