FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

Do you offer therapy in person?

Yes. We provide in-person therapy sessions at our Miami Beach office, along with virtual appointments for clients throughout the state of Florida. Both formats offer the same quality of care and attention.

Do you only offer EMDR?

No. EMDR is one trauma-informed approach I offer, but therapy is always tailored to what you’re coming in with. Depending on your needs, we may focus on one primary treatment approach or use a blend of trauma-informed, attachment-based, and mind–body (somatic) interventions. EMDR is introduced when appropriate.

Do you take insurance?

We don’t take insurance directly, though some clients are able to receive out-of-network reimbursement using a superbill, which we’re happy to provide.

What are your session rates?

Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Sessions with Hayden Feinberg, LMHC are $300, and sessions with Jessica Frankel, LCSW are $250. We’re happy to discuss any questions about fees during your consultation call.

What does ‘relational’ therapy mean?

Relational therapy focuses on the connection between you and your therapist as part of the healing process. It means creating a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported, and using that relationship to help you explore patterns, emotions, and experiences in a safe and grounded way.

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can be helpful if you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or noticing patterns in your emotions or relationships that you’d like to understand or change. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting.

What are your specialties?

We specialize in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, attachment wounds, and relationship patterns. Our approach is trauma-informed and personalized to each unique person, drawing from EMDR, attachment-based, and somatic modalities.

How do I get started?

You can start by scheduling a brief 15-minute consultation call. This gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s been bringing you in, and see if working together feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure!

You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. You just need to feel like something should be different. That’s enough.
