Soulstice Miami
Hayden Feinberg, LMHC | Relational & Holistic Therapist
Who we help:
At Soulstice Miami, we help high-functioning adults reconnect with their authentic selves, finally experience relief from years of always being “the ones no one had to worry about,” and begin to understand their emotional responses and relationship patterns.
Many of the people we work with are seeking to reconnect with their needs, build safety within themselves, create healthy and secure connections, and experience true presence in their lives. At Soulstice Miami, we support those who want their inner world to feel as steady and grounded as their external one appears.
We work with individuals who “have it all together” on the outside, yet feel disconnected from their bodies, their authentic selves, and sometimes even the relationships around them. Often, they’ve spent years focusing on the needs of others while unconsciously neglecting their own.
What often brings people in:
They’ve developed the ability to read the room, modify their energy, and adjust their needs in order to feel safe or stay connected. These adaptations often helped them build successful careers, relationships, and stability. They formed long before they could be understood. While these patterns once served an important purpose, many begin to feel limiting over time, no longer supporting the deeper connection, presence, and fulfillment they’re seeking.
How we help:
We specialize in attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Using EMDR, nervous system and body-based approaches, and relational therapy, we support clients in developing emotional flexibility, self-awareness, improved communication, deeper connection, and a greater sense of freedom and steadiness in their bodies and in how they relate to themselves and others.
Many clients come in feeling emotionally exhausted or burnt out, stuck in repeating relationship dynamics, or disconnected from their sense of self, and leave with:
What people begin to notice:
• deeper self-trust
• emotional clarity
• increased confidence and ability to navigate emotional responses
• the ability to set and maintain healthier boundaries with themselves and others
• improved communication
• greater presence in everyday life
• increased awareness of patterns, responses, and self-understanding
• a deeper sense of comfort, steadiness, and safety in their body
• more secure and connected relationships

If this resonates, you’re not alone
Many of the people who find their way here are exhausted from carrying so much alone. They’re tired of the silent whispers of “I’m not enough” or “I’m too much” used to being capable and dependable, and have often been told they’re “self-aware,” while quietly navigating self-doubt, emotional pain from the past, lingering anxiety or urgency, or repeating relationship patterns that feel familiar but hard to change.
When healing begins, everything shifts

When navigating the effects of trauma and PTSD, it can feel like you’re living through the lens of shame, self-doubt, emotional disconnection, urgency, and overreaction. Even in the safe moments, your body and mind are still bracing the impact. Through EMDR therapy and a blend of trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped certain aspects of your life day. Trauma therapy isn’t just about taking through your experiences, it’s about listening to the messages your body still holds, what your nervous system still protects against.
We will access deeper layers of understanding, release, and integration—guiding you toward connection, clarity, and relief that lasts beyond our sessions. You deserve to be released from the patterns that once kept you safe, but no longer need to.
Through in-person therapy in Miami Beach or virtual throughout Florida, we’ll move toward a present and future rooted in understanding, clarity, and a return to who you’ve always been beneath the pain you’ve endured.
-
Anxiety can feel like being on high alert all the time, even when things are “fine.” Your mind loops through what-ifs, replays, second-guesses, and imagined scenarios. Decisions feel high-stakes, your body feels tense, and calm feels like a place you can’t quite reach. You may find yourself overthinking everything—from texts to future plans—and struggling to fully exhale, even when you want to. There’s a sense of urgency in your chest, a racing mind that doesn’t let up, and a nervous system that seems to be preparing for something that never comes.
Together, we’ll build a new relationship with anxiety—one rooted in compassion, nervous system safety, and psychological flexibility. Through research-backed, trauma-informed interventions, we’ll learn and practice skills that rewire your brain’s response to uncertainty and help you shift from reacting to responding—with more ease, trust, and the confidence to navigate the uncertainty of what comes next.
Through in-person therapy in Miami Beach or virtual throughout Florida, you’ll have a space to show up exactly as you are, a space to breathe—to learn how to walk with your mind, rather than be led by it.

When it comes to relationships, things can feel confusing—like you’re always questioning, doubting, or chasing clarity. You might find yourself overthinking, feeling too much or too little, walking on eggshells, or shutting down altogether. Even in close moments, there can be a lingering sense of disconnect, fear, or pressure to perform.
You may notice a pull toward patterns that feel familiar but unfulfilling—relationships where your needs go unmet, boundaries blur, or trust feels shaky.
Together, we’ll identify the relational wounds beneath these patterns—shaped by early experiences, unmet needs, or moments where safety in connection was uncertain.
Through trauma-informed approaches, we’ll build toward something different—a healthier relationship with yourself and relationships where you feel grounded, respected, and genuinely fulfilled.
-
When self-esteem feels fragile, it can shape the way we move through the world—from how we speak up, to how we see ourselves in relation to others. You may find yourself shrinking in moments where you want to take up space. Second-guessing your voice, over-apologizing, comparing yourself silently, or worrying you’ll disappoint others. Compliments might feel uncomfortable, and self-criticism comes more easily than self-trust. Even success may feel muted by doubt.
In sessions, we’ll untangle the layers beneath these patterns—often shaped by early experiences, messages about worth, or moments where you learned to prioritize others at the cost of yourself. Through a blend of trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches, we’ll begin to rewrite your internal dialogue and connect with that younger version of you who may have adopted this narrative that was never yours to begin with. We’ll build a steadier relationship with your sense of self—where confidence isn’t performance, but a grounded return to who you are underneath the doubt.
Together, we’ll create space for you to feel more empowered, whole, and able to show up authentically yourself!
