Therapy in Miami
A Different Kind of Therapy
In-Person in Miami Beach & Virtual Throughout Florida
Private-Pay Practice
We intentionally work outside the insurance system so your therapy is never dictated by a diagnosis code or session limit. This means longer sessions when you need them, a treatment plan built around you, and complete confidentiality. No panels. No pre-authorizations. Just the space to do meaningful work.
Who We Work With
You've Done Well. You Want to Feel Well.
You're the person who looks like they have it figured out. Strong career, solid relationships on the surface, a life that others might envy. But underneath, something doesn't match. The anxiety hums in the background. The self-doubt shows up at the worst moments. You pour into everyone and everything around you, and somewhere along the way, you lost track of what you actually need.
Maybe you've tried therapy before and it felt too surface-level. Too much nodding, not enough depth. Or maybe this is your first time considering it, and you want to get it right. Either way, you're looking for something that actually moves the needle.
Soulstice Miami was built for people like you. Adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are ready to stop managing their inner world and start understanding it. People who want a therapist who will be honest with them, challenge them when it matters, and hold space for the parts they've been carrying alone.
Our Approach
What Makes Soulstice Different
Root-Cause Work, Not Just Coping
Coping skills are useful, but they're not the whole picture. We work to understand what's driving your patterns at the root, whether that's unprocessed trauma, attachment wounds, or nervous system dysregulation. When you address the source, the symptoms start to shift on their own.
Evidence-Based, Integrative Methods
We draw from EMDR, somatic and nervous-system-informed approaches, attachment theory, ACT, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks. Your treatment is never one-size-fits-all. We meet you where you are and use the tools that will actually help you move forward.
Direct, Warm, and Honest
You won't get blank stares or empty affirmations here. We're engaged, present, and willing to name what we see. Therapy should feel collaborative, not one-sided. You deserve a therapist who's invested in your growth and isn't afraid to gently push when it matters.
Built for Depth, Not Volume
We keep our caseload intentional so we can show up fully for every person we work with. No revolving door. No rushed sessions. This is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and do the kind of work that actually changes things.

Getting Started
What to Expect
Free Consultation
We start with a brief, no-pressure phone call to hear what's going on for you and make sure we're a good fit. This isn't a sales call. It's a genuine conversation about what you need and whether this is the right space for it.
First Sessions
The first few sessions are about understanding your story, your patterns, and what's bringing you in now. We'll map out what's happening beneath the surface and build a clear direction for our work together. No cookie-cutter intake process.
Ongoing Work
From there, we move at your pace — using EMDR, somatic work, attachment-based techniques, and ACT depending on what fits. Sessions are typically weekly, and we reassess regularly so the work always stays relevant and alive.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about reconnecting with the parts of yourself you've had to set aside — and building a life that actually feels like yours.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Why don't you accept insurance?
Insurance requires a mental health diagnosis and often dictates the type and length of treatment. By working outside the insurance system, we have full clinical freedom to tailor your care, protect your privacy, and work at the pace and depth that actually serves you. We can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What are your session rates?
Rates vary by clinician and session length. We're happy to discuss fees during your free consultation. We believe therapy is an investment in your wellbeing, and we want to be transparent about what that looks like.
How do I know if you're the right therapist for me?
The best way to find out is through our free consultation call. Fit matters more than credentials. You should feel seen, comfortable being honest, and confident that your therapist understands the kind of work you want to do. If we're not the right match, we're happy to refer you to someone who is.
Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy?
Yes. We see clients in person at our office on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and offer virtual sessions to anyone in the state of Florida. Many clients do a mix of both depending on their schedule and preferences.
You don't have to keep white-knuckling through life. Therapy can help you build something that feels steady, grounded, and genuinely yours. Reach out when you're ready.
