Trauma-Informed Talk Therapy
Therapy is a space to finally exhale. To slow down, explore what's really happening beneath the surface, and become more familiar with your inner world. With compassionate support and practical, mind-body focused tools, you'll develop an awareness that creates real shifts, helping you feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
We work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, and the effects of trauma. Many of our clients feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or emotional disconnection.

EMDR Therapy
When insight isn’t enough, EMDR helps your mind and body find resolution that lasts. You understand why you feel the way you do, but your responses and reactions feel so automatic.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps your brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. Change becomes something you experience, not just something you understand.
We’ll begin by building a strong foundation of trust, safety, and resourcing skills. When you’re ready, we’ll move into EMDR reprocessing, always at a pace that feels right for you.
What to Expect
EMDR sessions are 60–90 minutes. Using guided bilateral stimulation, we help your brain process stuck memories. Many clients notice meaningful shifts within just a few sessions.
